      Prize includes:

      • two (2) admission tickets to the Game
      • Economy class return air transportation for each of the Travellers to Destination from the international airport nearest the winner’s residence (no airfare will be included if winner’s residence is within reasonable driving distance from Destination and alternative transportation arrangements shall be provided at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors);
      • One or two nights standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for the Travellers at a hotel to be determined by the Contest Sponsors;
      • two (2) promotional bags.
    3. Total approximate retail value of the Prize is $3,000 CDN. The actual retail value of Prize will vary according to winner’s residence, flight schedule or alternative transportation arrangements and hotel. No financial compensation will be made if actual costs are lower than the approximate retail value quoted above.
    4. Due to the nature of the promotional prizing, no alternate tickets or dates to the Game are available. No responsibility is assumed by Contest Sponsors or the Releasees (defined below) for any other factor beyond its reasonable control, or for canceled, delayed, or re-scheduled Game for any reason whatsoever. Neither the Contest Sponsors nor the Releasees are responsible in the event winner and/or guest are refused entry to the game venue for whatever reason and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.
    5. All Prize details to be determined in the absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsors, subject to availability, including, without limitation, exact travel times, hotel selection, and selection of departure address in which travel is to occur.
    6. Travellers must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g. valid passport). Travellers must not have any impediments to travel.
    7. Travel must take place as determined in the absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsors. Documentation that is reasonably necessary for the Contest Sponsors to book the Prize for the Travellers (e.g. passport number) must be supplied to the Contest Sponsors upon request, and failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsors.
    8. All Travellers are responsible for any additional expenses not included in the Prize as described herein, including, but not limited to, federal, state, provincial and local taxes, any fees, travel and health insurance, transportation costs, taxis, checked baggage fees, and recreational activities.
    9. Neither the Contest Sponsors nor the Releasees are responsible in the event that any Traveller is denied ability to fly out of or into any particular airport, whether due to airport restrictions or otherwise, and in this event, such Traveller would be responsible to pay for their own transportation.
    10. Lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates will not be replaced. All tickets issued in connection with the Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed. Other restrictions may apply.
    11. Travellers must behave appropriately and observe the laws, rules and regulations of the location of the Prize while using the Prize, and participating in any prize-related activity. The Contest Sponsors have the right, in their absolute discretion, to disqualify and remove any Traveller from any activity at any time if such individual is, at any point, uncooperative, disruptive, or may cause (or has caused) damage to person, property, or the reputation of the Contest Sponsors.
    12. No financial compensation will be made or required if actual prize value is lower than the total value quoted in these rules. Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution, transfer, exchange or assignment, unless otherwise determined in the absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsors and/or prize suppliers. Any unused portion of a prize, once awarded, will be deemed forfeited by the applicable winner, and no financial compensation will be made or required in respect of such unused portion. The Contest Sponsors and/or the prize suppliers reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to substitute a prize or a component of a prize with a prize or a component of a prize (as applicable) of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, a monetary award, if the prize or prize component cannot be awarded by the Contest Sponsors and/or the prize supplier(s) for any reason. Prize may not be exactly as advertised. Prize will not be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen.
    13. Except as expressly warranted herein, any Contest prize is provided “as is” without further warranty of any kind.
    14. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or RBJBP, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of each prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the prize. The applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The Releasees (defined below) will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppages or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as part of each prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the licence granted by the game, event or exhibition tickets.
